How is CTVSEH currently taking in Emergency Patients for Austin, Texas?

CTVSEH has established an Emergency Department Status and Patient Priority System that details the number of patients we are currently taking in and the patients that will be admitted, thus allowing our teams of doctors and technicians to provide the best medical care and client communication possible for pets in Austin, Texas. Please call our locations before arriving for more details.

How does CTVSEH determine a patient's priority level?

CTVSEH is currently seeing Emergency and Critical Care patients based on our triage protocols below. All patients having critical life-threatening situations will be a top priority. Patients not experiencing these critical life-threatening situations may experience extended wait times and be asked to either reach out to additional local pet emergency hospitals or contact VetTriage for further triaging advice.
