Dr. Phan grew up in Weatherford, Texas; a small-town west of Fort Worth. She completed her undergraduate studies at UT-Arlington before graduating from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. She enjoys hiking, running and spending time with her 3 dogs and 3 cats.
